Ellen Fox’s Stories

            I understand it is very important for Ellen to share her experiences about me and in the same respect it is important for me to share my experiences about Ellen. It appears Ellen has been enjoying telling these stories and making many accusations. She continues to do this without supporting documentation. When I reply about her accusations I use documentation to support my statements. I do not attempt to put words in other people’s mouths.

            Ellen’s latest stories talk about communications with Peggy Hanson and how I used Peggy as “an open door” to report Operators. It appears that Ellen is finding it important to mention names of people that our members recognize. In doing this Ellen is stating comments these people made to her about me or what they heard another say about me. The statement Ellen is making is hearsay and is not supported by documentation.

            Peggy Hanson, Jon Hunt and Bruce Hansen really do not want to be in the middle of this and are doing everything in their power to stay neutral. Ellen is putting these people on the spot. I currently asked Peggy to reply about the accusations that Ellen has made and here is her reply “I recall that our shared objective was to resolve or end a series of troubling rhetoric or email exchanges occurring between you and your colleague. The challenge was that while the activity was occurring outside of the work environment, not surprisingly, it led to affecting you both within your workplace.
At no time did you or your colleague report other employees to me. That simply would have been inappropriate.
I remain sincere in my high regard for you Chris, and also of Ellen. I do recognize that finding resolution to an issue can be very difficult, even more so if you are angry, feel personal disappointment or feel personal defense attached to the issue.
As Tom Walsh so often told us.."if your goal is to pick a fight, you'll get a fight."”

            Jon Hunt has already demonstrated that he makes statements that are misleading and are not factual. As for Bruce Hansen, everything I have witnessed is that he has done everything in his power to stay neutral. Ellen states “Peggy was so shocked at his behavior that she discussed it in a meeting the following day with Jonathan Hunt and and Bruce Hansen.” If this statement is true then I find it interesting that I did not hear about it and that Ellen did? At this point the statement is hearsay and to make such a statement is irresponsible.

            I am sure Ellen will continue with these stories and more. Until she can produce documentation that supports her stories I will consider them as Libel and Slanderous. Ellen is showing qualities of one who would make an excellent FOX News broadcaster.
