This will be interesting

As things develop it becomes very interesting. I am now being accused of obtaining information illegally? It is also being claimed that I have been fraudulent with the US Postal Service? So this is the picture that is wanted to be painted of me? I would say it is a very interesting picture. Let’s add some additional facts in to this picture.

Statement Made: “My address was gotten illegally by the blogger.”

My Comment: With today’s technology it is very easy to get information. It can be as simple as going to http://portland.whiteyellowpages.com/ and typing in the person’s first and last name. Wow, that was hard. Oh and it is legal!

Statement Made:            “ATU did not send the envelope.”

                                                “ATU did not go to the Post Office for postage.”

                                                “ATU did not give out my address.”

My Comment: I do not know if ATU mailed any letter or not. ATU was made aware of a certified letter being sent and the contents of that letter. I am not able to say if ATU goes to the post office or not to pay postage. I did pay postage for a certified letter I sent. ATU did not give any address out (it was not needed).

Statement Made: “The post office gave me forms to fill out for myself and ATU.  They will be investigating.  The blogger whose letter was inside may be facing Federal penalties.

I also notified the Representatives Office I've been talking with regarding Cyber/Stalking Laws.”

My Comment: This is where it is going to get interesting. On February 21, 2011 (the same day of the mailing), ATU was made fully aware of the document being mailed out. This document is to meet the requirements of our union Constitution. ATU757 President Jon Hunt advised me that a copy of the document must be given to the person being filed upon. These documents are property of ATU. The information only pertains to charges being filed and are sent to meet constitutional requirements.

                I wonder what Federal penalties I am facing for send ATU documents and putting ATU757’s address? As for Cyber/Stalking, I have been very active in defending myself about postings and statements that have been said about me. I am not sure if defending me is actively pursuing another person. I feel I am just protecting my character that is continually attacked. Feel free to check any type of postings I have made. Follow the timelines and read the content of all the postings and decide for yourself who the victim is.

                I freely welcome anyone to approach me about my postings and how I have conducted myself. As far as I know I have not done anything illegal. I will no longer allow my character to be continually attacked and to be expected to work in such an intimidating and hostile work environment. No more taking the “high road” and taking such abuse because others are afraid to address it. It is time for this to be brought out and all documents put on the table for it to be judged upon.
